How is storage priced?
Pricing depends on how much you’re storing, how long you need storage, and the pickup and delivery services involved. Your storage costs are included in your written estimate.
Do my belongings need to be packed a certain way for storage?
Items should be packed in sturdy boxes and furniture wrapped for protection. We can pack for you. See Packing & Unpacking.
Can my belongings be delivered to a different address?
Yes. Storage is often part of an interstate move, so delivery goes to your new address when you’re ready.
What can’t be stored?
Hazardous or flammable items, perishable food, plants and anything living can’t be stored. We recommend keeping documents, medications, jewelry and other valuables with you.
