Can you pack just part of my home?
Yes. Partial packing covers the rooms or items you choose, such as the kitchen, fragile items or artwork, while you pack the rest yourself.
When does packing happen?
Packing is scheduled as part of your moving plan. Larger homes are often packed the day before moving day, while smaller moves may be packed the same day.
Do you provide packing materials?
Yes. We bring the boxes, paper, tape and pads needed for the items we pack. Materials are listed in your written estimate.
How do you pack dishes and glassware?
Fragile items are wrapped individually, padded and packed upright in sturdy boxes marked fragile. Artwork, mirrors and glass tabletops may need custom crates.
Is there anything you won’t pack?
We can’t pack hazardous or flammable items such as gasoline, propane, paint and many cleaning chemicals, or perishable food. We recommend keeping documents, medications, jewelry and other valuables with you.
Can you unpack at my new home?
Yes. We can unpack boxes, place items in the right rooms and take away the packing materials.
Can I pack some boxes myself?
Yes. Just let us know which boxes you packed so we can make sure they’re sealed and ready to travel.
